About: Our client is an established boutique commercial law firm in Melbourne looking for a Junior Lawyer with strong academic results that are driven to provide the highest standard of service for clients under their care. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with their team to ensure their clients receive the best legal representation and build on their capacities as a solicitor in the early stages of their career. Responsibilities: Provide tailored advice to clients to ensure an optimal outcome, including small to medium businesses. Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication. Take on a diverse range of work including commercial and property disputes. Minimum 5.5 billable hours per day Draft relevant legal documents for cases. Keep in view the broader perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases. Manage and prioritise your cases and files with attention to detail.
